Thu, 7 June 2007 A night like this does not happen very often, and for the PBN crew it may have been the best night of IPA drinking we've experienced under one roof. We gathered together for a night of reflection, a night to try new beer and of course drink our favorites. We really think we've pulled together a few of the best IPAs in the country in this show, certainly for California - just check out this lineup.- Russian River Blind Pig - Russian River IPA - Alpine Pure Hopiness - Lagunitas Hop Stoopid (Sonoma Farmhouse) - Green Flash Imperial IPA - Russian River Pliny the Elder We start the show with some reflections from a family wedding and we think you'll enjoy this very relaxed atmosphere. We did have a new mic that was a little hot, but... what do you do? Oh yeah, we had such a good time we decided we'd try to rank these bad boys. Incredible. Rankings: Rick, Mike & Terri - 1) Pliny, 2) Alpine, 3) Green Flash, 4) Hop Stoopid Mark - 1) Pliny 2) Hop Stoopid 3) Alpine 4) Green Flash Comments[4] |
